The Via Otero Dr depression repair work is expected to begin next week, as early as Monday, September 25th, 2023. The work is estimated to take 4 days to complete, and during this time sections of Via Otero Dr will have to be closed down for construction and resident safety. All vehicle towing in the community will be suspended until all repairs have been completed. The ATTACHED MAP (CLICK HERE TO VIEW) shows the road closure, the affected homes, and the recommended parking areas for these residents. The red area is where the road section will be closed off, the green areas are the recommended parking locations, and the yellow areas are the lots affected by these repairs. Please move your vehicles from your driveways if you are affected by this. There may be limited access to driveways during this project. Thank you.

Se espera que los trabajos de reparación de la depresión de Via Otero Dr comiencen la próxima semana, el lunes 25 de septiembre de 2023. The VillaSol Community Development District is a local, special purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and created by ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Osceola County as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities. A CDD provides the “solution” to Florida’s need to provide valuable community infrastructure generated by growth, ultimately without overburdening other governments and their taxpaying residents.
